Raised in Portland, CT, and a resident of Rhode Island for over 25 years, Eric’s deep-rooted understanding of local waters, including a lifetime of summers on Block Island—provides clients with an insider’s edge.
As a graduate of the International Yacht Restoration School’s Marine Systems Program and a U.S. Coast Guard 100-Ton Licensed Captain, Eric offers a rare dual perspective. He evaluates vessels not just as a broker, but through the eyes of a professional operator and systems expert. Whether helping a buyer assess a vessel’s performance or guiding a seller through technical preparations, Eric’s firsthand experience as the owner of a 43’ Hatteras Express and operator of Rooster Charters ensures his clients make informed, confident decisions.
