All's Well is a 2015 power dory with a hull design reflecting the dory days of schooner fishing with modern mechanics and systems, that bring her up to date. She is Maine-built, well maintained, and a proven steady and stable vessel to enjoy commercially and recreationally!
Overview
The hull of All's Well was designed by Jesse Hammond and built in 1994 by Star Daggett Lothrop of Lubec. She was completed in 2015 by the current owner and boat builder Louis (Chip) Flanagan of Portland. All's Well has been run out of Portland Harbor for lobstering and is in good condition, having been well maintained by her owner. She's loaded with gear for hauling, electronics, and a prop cage. Her Yanmar has 6012 hours with new Yanmar engine mounts, R.E. Thomas stainless steel shaft, and a custom long-line hydraulic hauler. If you are in the market for a nice looking traditional hull with good stability for inshore lobstering or cruising, she is a versatile and comfortable ride.

CONSTRUCTION
All's Well was designed by Jesse Hammond with the hull built by Star Daggett Lothrop in Lubec, Maine in 1994. Her framework is traditionally built with oak stem, keel, timbers, and stringers, and lapstrake mahogany and fir 7/8" planking. Fastenings are copper rivets and bronze screws and bolts. In 2015 she was finished by Louis (Chip) Flanagan and Roger Woodman in Portland with the decks, sole, and house painted light beige, topsides are red, and bottom is black.
ENGINE
Inboard Yanmar 3-cylinder 27 HP diesel, Model 3GM30F with 6012 hours. Fresh water cooled, 1" stainless steel R.E. Thomas shaft swinging a Nibral 17RH13 3-blade propeller. Racor fuel filter, wet exhaust. Raw water cooled. 19-gallon aluminum fuel tank. New Yanmar engine mounts. Center console steering with a bronze steering wheel, the 10" Hydro Slave hydraulic hauler and a custom hydraulic longline hauler to starboard. The house with top for radar dome and windshield protects the steering console and electronics. Custom propeller cage.

Two 12v AGM batteries in secured acid proof battery boxes. Circuit breaker panel. Navigation and running lights. Electric washdown pump. 12v Rulemate 1500 with float switch, 12v fixed diaphragm pump w/ float switch, Manual pump, and high water alarm.
