Sea Ray 44' 44 Sundancer

Newly listed 44 Sundancer that is in excellent condition. Excellent owners of this vessel have been lifetime boaters and take great pride in maintaining and loving on boats so she is dialed in. Just completed "1000 hour service" all coolers removed, cleaned, pressure tested and re gasketed. Enclosure is in great shape which includes a sunscreen around forward windshield. November 25 yard period with bottom job and cutlass bearings performed. Vessel is consistently detailed and shows great. Gel coat has a great shine and everything is clean and proper.

Bow thruster, vessel view (modern, color) 7 for digital engine data. Modern Garmin electronics and autopilot. Engine data also can be obtained through Garmin's. Cockpit AC, Cockpit TV, Fusion deck with JL tunes, synthetic teak decking in cockpit. Aft cabin set up has been tastefully changed into basically a queen berth with dedicated mattress, very nice set up. All original aft convertible sofa is in storage, comes with the boat and can easily be transformed back if desired. Interior of vessel is extremely clean and shows very well.
