The lines of a Southport are instantly recognizable from her competitors in any harbor. Her large Carolina flare knocks down the waves giving her a dry ride. The anchor is recessed into the hull giving the fisherman a clear bow deck to fish from. The mooring cleats are all pop-up and the bow rail recessed keeping the gunwales clear too. The large coffin box forward of the center console gives plenty of room to bring home the catch and is covered by a cushion for great seating both underway and fishing. The Southport 28 was designed with the fisherman in mind but will still double as a family cruiser, taking the family for a day out on the water.
