One of the most popular 28-foot cruisers ever, the Albin 28TE combines classic Downeast styling with a spacious cockpit and comfortable cabin accommodations. The 28 is heavily built on a modified- V hull with a wide beam, hard aft chines, and a prop-protetecting skeg keel. Below deck, the surprisingly roomy interior of the 28 TE has the comforts of a larger boat with a full-service galley with fridge and microwave to port, standup head/shower to starboard, midcabin berth aft and a convertible U-shaped dinette forward. Additoal features include a molded bow pulpit, transom door, trim tabs, full height bow rail, raw water washdown, bowthruster and transom storage boxes. Cruising is comfortable at 16-18 knots with 315hp Yanmar diesel.
