Description
* * * PRELIMINARY LISTING * * *
This is a Listing for a 2001 model MAXUM 3700 SCR Sport Cruiser that was produced by the Brunswick Corporation (manufacturers of the SEA RAY and BAYLINER lines) at their plant in Arlington, WA. This model remained to be quite popular from it's introduction in 1998 through 2001 when the follow-on MAXUM 3700 SY was introduced. Phrases such as "a lot of good boat for the money" and "a very good value" sum up the main points of the market appeal along with her excellent open, light, bright & airy interior presentation.
This MAXUM 3700 SCR was purchased by the present Owners in 2015. Since then, a review of the Listing will show that just about every system part has been replaced or upgraded .. or both! She also got two new MERCRUISER 7.4L / 454 CI engines back in 2018 (and with only 200 hours or so logged to date!). In 2019, the addition of a new SUNBRELLA Enclosure. covers & carpet runners, newer GARMIN electronics .. along with excellent maintenance by her very knowledgeable Owner .. all combine to present a virtual "risk-free" Express Cruiser option for Buyers and at a very reasonable price point as well.
This MAXUM 3700 SCR is ready to go for the balance of this Season and is located at her slip in Stamford, CT. For viewing appointments and to review her details, contact the yacht's Listing Broker, Randy Altemus of Brewer Yacht Sales at "raltemus(at)breweryacht.com" or cell "203 512 084
