SUMMARY OF “ISLAND GIRL” 2 YEAR RE-FIT/RESTORATION
RESTORATION WAS PERFORMED IN CUT’S EDGE MARINA, PALMETTO
COMMENCING JULY 2023 AND COMPLETED JUNE 2025
Vessel currently has 25 hours on engines, transmissions and all systems.

RUNNING GEAR:
- New propeller shafts fabricated by General Propeller
- Shaft packing and connector hoses all replaced
- New transmission Couplings and bolts by General Propeller
- New brass propellers by Mastry Marine and cupped/serviced by General
- Propeller (original set of propellers also comes with vessel)
- New Cutlass Bearings
- Vessel has custom built stainless steel “Sand Shoes” that can be installed
- Rudders have been removed, new backing plates and packing installed
- All below water line Brass through hulls have been replaced
- New LENCO electric trim tabs and helm switches
- Bottom and running gear completely stripped and anti-fouling painted
MECHANICAL SYSTEMS:
- New 330 HP Freshwater Cooled Marine Power/Mercruiser engines built by
PYRAMID ENGINE LAB St, Petersburg. (These are not Mexico assembled GM engines..Pyramid is known as a MASTER engine builder with an excellent reputation in the industry)
- All new throttle and transmission shifters, cables and connectors
- Complete re-build of Velvet Drive Transmissions by ADR Power Systems
- Fresh Water flush kits installed for Riser and Heat Exchanger flushing (in water)
- New engine accessories and Heat Exchangers.
- New transmission and oil coolers
- New double remote oil filters
- New RACOR Fuel Water separators
- Heavy duty double belt alternators installed
- 4 new RV Deep Cycle batteries installed.
- New NOCO battery management/charger installed
- Fuel tank emptied, cleaned and inspected “in NEW Condition” per inspector
- New fuel gauge sending unit installed
- New fuel fill hose and ground wire installed
- All new engine mounts, bolts and nuts
- All BONDING wires inspected and connectors replaced as needed
- All NEW hull Exhaust Hoses and all hose clamps on vessel replaced
- Mufflers removed, fiber glassed and re-installed

- 2 - 20 gallon freshwater tanks removed, cleaned, re-insulated and re-installed
- All New plumbing hoses and sink faucet fixtures and drains
- 3 NEW Rule bilge pumps, float switches and wiring installed
- New high volume salt water washdown system and hose holder installed
- New Bait Live Well system installed
- New freshwater cockpit shower head and hose installed in tackle station sink
- New tackle and knife holders on tackle station
- All new drink holders installed throughout boat
- Outriggers completely reconditioned and painted black
- All NEW outrigger rigging and clips
- Engine cover lift cylinder rebuilt
- New electric flush head and hoses installed
- New head macerator pump and hoses installed
- New water and fuel caps installed
HULL AND MISCELLANEOUS:
- All rub rail removed, sanded, painted and replaced with new screws

- Entire engine compartment re-painted with Epoxy bilge paint
