Boat History Report

Description

Dragon Lady has a bright and airy main saloon that offers a new custom made sofa that converts to a double bunk with two storage ottomans and a Hi-Lo table that are to starboard with a teak and holly sole. The lower helm is to starboard with a side deck access door. The saloon has a sliding glass and aluminum door aft with curtain and screen door, opening side windows with screens and curtains and opening center windshield. For sleeping there is a master stateroom forward with an island queen sized berth and direct access to the head. The guest stateroom is forward to port with side-by-side single berths.

From the integrated fiberglass swim platform, you step through the centerline transom door into the large covered cockpit. Once in the cockpit, you can walk up either side deck to the foredeck or step up the molded stairs to the flybridge or walk into the main saloon through the sliding glass and aluminum door. Once inside the main cabin, you will find the electrical panel to starboard aft, L shaped galley to port and sofa and table to starboard. The lower helm and side deck access door is to starboard forward,. The companionway stairs to the staterooms and head are forward past the L-shaped galley to port. The master stateroom is forward. The guest stateroom is forward to port and the head is forward to starboard. Engine room access is via main cabin sole hatches.

The curved molded in stairs to the upper bridge makes bridge access easy even in a seaway. The large fully enclosed bridge has comfortable bench seating to port and starboard with a table in the middle and a bucket seat for the captain. The aft section of the bridge deck has plenty of room for more chairs to enjoy the sun and view.

Dragon Lady is a veteran of the Great Loop and is ready to do it again. I (the broker) was aboard for a 8 day trip from Myrtle Beach, SC to Toms River, NJ and can personally testify how comfortable this vessel is for extended cruising. Dragon Lady is currently in a name change, previously called Aqua Bago.

NOTE: The tender seen in some of the pictures is not included in the sale.

I grew up on Barnegat Bay and had my first boat at the age of 13. This started my lifelong love affair with boats and the sea.

I have worked in the boating industry for almost 40 years. I started as a bottom painter and worked my way up to marine mechanic then to marine business owner and marina manager, and now for the last 10 years, a yacht broker. I honed the skills needed to not only run boats but also learned what makes boats run. I am equally at home at the helm as well as in the engine room

I have held a USCG license for over 30 years. I captained a private motor yacht for one family for 25 years. I also worked as a delivery captain making the trip between the Northeast and Florida 34 times. I also participated in the 1989 Marion Massachusetts to Hamilton Bermuda Race in an Irwin 38.

At Brewer Yacht Sales I will use my vast knowledge of boats both power and sail and their systems to help clients make the right choice in the boat that is right for them.
