Medric, a 1994 Morgan Bay 22-foot runabout has been sailed by two owners on two outer islands off Mount Desert Island. She offers a gas Mercruiser inboard engine along with a 9.9 HP Mercury outboard. Her spray hood keeps sun and water out, and the console cover protects the electronics and gauges from the elements while not in use. This boat is versatile for transport as well as fun for picnicking and swimming in coves and off beaches.

LAYOUT
This Morgan Bay 22 offers forward seating for several people and gear with storage below. The teak bow pulpit houses the anchor. A spray hood with windshield and frame is available for protection from weather and water. The stainless steel bow rail wraps around the bow starting mid-ship. The center console with windshield and cover houses the compass, gauges, the GPS, VHF radio, engine controls, and wheel with the two batteries housed below. An upholstered leaning bench is next aft with rod holders. The engine box is center line at the stern. A small swim platform is off the starboard side of the transom, and a small outboard is mounted on the port side of the transom.
