The layout is that of a traditional offshore cruiser. Staring forward she features a master's cabin with a large V-berth that coverts to a double with the insert in place. There is storage space below the berths, shelves above them along the hull sides and a hanging locker aft to starboard. To port is the head compartment with storage lockers above and below the sink, a molded shower pan, teak framed mirror and a marine toilet., Next aft is the traditional main salon with port and starboard settees. The port settee can convert to a double berth. Above and outboard of both settees are teak storage lockers and bookshelves removable fiddles to keep your ship's library in place. There is a large centerline drop leaf table. The bulkheads are solid teak and the cabin sole is varnished teak and holly. Further aft to starboard is the nav station with a chart table with al lift up lid for storage of charts and navigation items. The ship's hinged electrical panel is also located here. Below the chart table is a wet locker. Aft of the nav station is the quarter berth, the forward end of which serves as the navigator's seat.
Ther are a total of 10 Stainless steel opening ports and 2 overhead hatches - one in the forward cabin and 1 in the salon.

With a life-long passion for boats and the water much of what I've done in life has in one way or another involved boats. I have hundreds of hours operating all types of boats including 15 years in the U.S. Coast Guard as a certified coxswain.
After my Coast Guard service I began working in the wholesale marine business supplying boat yards and marine dealers.
In 1983 I began selling boats and eventually worked for three reputable dealerships where I learned from some of the most successful people in the new and brokerage boat business. I now have a long, successful history of selling quality new boat brands such as Sabre, Back Cove, Ocean, Egg Harbor, Silverton, Mainship, Cape Dory, Phoenix, Pursuit, Grady White and Mako powerboats plus Freedom, Cal and O'Day sailboats. That's a lot of new boats!!
In 2013 I decided to change my focus to the brokerage boat market and I accepted an offer from Brewer Yacht Sales, the Northeast's largest yacht brokerage firm. I work out of Brewer's beautiful, 850 slip Pilots Point Marina located in the heart of the boating action in Westbrook, CT.
Buying or selling a yacht can be a comprehensive process and you should choose your broker carefully. I am proud of my reputation for honesty and my designation as a Certified Professional Yacht Broker (CPYB). With 38 years and over 1000 boat sales transactions behind me, the knowledge and experience I've gained is invaluable when it comes to protecting my client's interests. Whether you are considering buying or selling, power or sail, I can help. I look forward to working with you.
