Hal, I rarely write this kind of letter but in today’s world when somebody just does their job I am impressed. When someone goes way beyond that I am blown away. I just sold my 40’ sport fisher “Joint Custody” through your company and specifically through Lynn Oliver. Lynn guided me professionally through the process also taking so very much of the coordination off my hands. She worked with the buyer steering them toward reasonable goals. She worked with numerous members of the Marina staff to get the buyers “Punch List” done on a timely basis and this took a tremendous amount of follow-up. She kept me and the buyer advised of the exact status as things moved forward. She was always available and nothing was too much trouble for Lynn. So, you have a treasure there and it was truly my pleasure working with her.
